Day 10 I can feel the advancement

Biked 22 min, 5.2 miles above 85 revolutions the entire time.

Weight Training

Abs- 6X10 at 60 lbs.
pecks - 4X10 at 60 lbs.
Biceps- 6X10 at 60lbs.
Triceps- 6X10 at 60lbs.
chest-6X10 at 60lbs.
Forearms - 6X10 at 70lbs.

It was a great day at the gym, I actually felt better and it was not near as painful as it has been. I think I might need to up my wight now. The bike was awsome, the next to hardest hill on my ride didn't feel hard. I might need to move to level 5 next week. I really enjoyed my time at the gym today!
