Day 8 Back from the sickness

biked 23min, 5.3 miles, kept the revolutions over 85 for the most part.

Weight Training : Upper Body

Abs - 6x10 at 60lbs.
Chest - 3 X10 at 60lbs.
Pecks - 4X8 at 50lbs.
Upper Arms -3X10 at 60lbs.
Lower Arms- 5X10 at 60lbs.

Okay, I have been pretty sick for the last 5 days, I was afarid I was going to have trouble getting back on the bike, but I did it. I was very relieved that my will has gotten stronger and I was able to pick up where I left off, of course it was much harder today, but well worth it!
