
Starting Weight : 223
Today I biked for 20 min. 4.7 miles.
It was tiring today, but not as bad as yesterday. I felt the pain in my back upper thighs, but I pushed through it. When I was done I was very tight in my thighs. I probably should stretch more, I seem to rush that. But my energy has already increased so much. My knees had been hurting but that has gone away! So 3 days down and I am already feeling the increase in energy and my body is feeling stronger. My joints are feeling great! I am looking forward to next week when I really start my morning workouts and weight training. Wish me luck!
Also Katie will be working out as well, please give her encouragement!

I joined the gym on Thursday!!! I'm so excited! They have hip hop aerobic classes, salsa dancing classes, AND BELLY DANCING!!! I can not wait! I've been a bum too, I haven't even busted out the DDR. I'm excited for you Stephen. It's so awesome to work towards a goal and then REACH IT!
